Good food if you are staying at the hotel
Tully Motel was great to stay at. I stayed for business and it was excellent. The food at the plantation restuarant was exceptional. They provide packed lunches and they are GREAT. Would definitely stay again
Clean, comfortable and quiet, nomeals on Sunday, local shops close early
Meals , service is really great as well. Staff very helpful too. I will be back.
Catamaran to island - excellent and great crew.Downhill from there. Jammed onto glass hull boat. Last 6 passengers declined to board the boat and went on another boat - just 6 compared to our (estimated) 50. Unable to move and Green murky water - saw turtle and some fish. Absolutely nothing to photograph.On return to the island - had a meal(?) of fish, chips and salad. Fish was overcooked and dry as? Chips - not good with salad consisting of rocket lettuce.Called at information for booklet on self managed tour - handed a pamphlet by Ari. Walked around island and noticed various number plates - on return to information and when questioned Ari hands over booklet. Poor service. Catamaran on return to Cairns - same size. A lot more seats and cramped leg room.Would not return and not recommend. Way overpriced.
