Above and beyond is the only way to describe the service. Would give them 6 stars if I could. Fixed our towbar when no one else would.
Great service and a great bloke. I blew a brake line and because of the sugarcane season everybody was flat out and could not help .Even though alex was working into the night with his regular clients he did not hesitate to help and get me back on the road again he also charged a very fair price .A credit to his business and to tully.

Alex and Jess provide good old fashioned service at the highest level, something that has gone the wayside in the last 20 years. On my last day at work in 2017 my trusty Prado threw a brake pad and destroyed a disk. I had been working away all year and was hanging to get home to the wife and kids for the Christmas break. I drove in mid afternoon and Alex had one of the boys throw it up on the hoist. All bad, so I was prepared to stay another night in Tully. Alex rang around trying to get his hands on some new rotors and the nearest was Innisfail, the only problem was they wouldnt be in Tully until tomorrow. At the time his boys were quite busy and obviously didnt need another job that afternoon. Alex seen how disappointed I was not being able to get home so he offered me a car to drive to Innisfail and pick up the rotors He said hell be able to get them on this afternoon. Genuine bloke with great work ethic who put the customer before his own needs. Now when Im working in Tully I organise all our services and repairs to be done by Alex. I wish we had an Alex in Cairns.
