I bought 1 LED light for my trailer here and it did not work when i wired it up. The other light worked fine. I asked them to check & fix the problem. 4 days went by, I heard nothing & I had to ring them. The woman at the desk said the LED was ok but the other wasn't. I said nothing was wrong with the other lite when I dropped it off. She was yelling at me over the phone. I asked if the boys had wired it up. She said no, they just tested the light. I reiterated that I took it to get it fixed, and nothing was wrong with the other light when I left it there. And then SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I rang back as maybe a dropped connection & nobody answered the phone!How unprofessional. The desk receptionist is rude, crude, argumentative & without decent PR ability. At no time was I offered the chance to speak with the technicians even when I asked as she pretended to know all suggesting it was the connector to the car, of which I had previously bought from them!Will NOT be taking my business there again, nor recommending this haphazard business.

Absolutely fantastic business. I can't recommend this business highly enough. From quote to completion of job, everybody (including admin) were professional, thorough and friendly. In performing my modification, they found a fault my vehicle had from new, which I (and obviously Toyota) had been unaware of and was potentially an extremely costly exercise, particularly if my ECU had ever given up the ghost due to it.The quote was back to my inbox before I got home. The completed modification is fantastic and a neat and tidy installation and the knowledge that my vehicle has had the pesky fault fixed before I ran into serious trouble on the side of a road somewhere is invaluable. As a full time traveller, it's often very stressful to put your trust in businesses that you're unfamiliar with, but I can wholeheartedly say that this one is a gem and will certainly be on my list of preferred repairers when in FNQ. If you need anything auto electrical, don't hesitate to use this business, they really know their stuff.
