Great service, friendy, helpful staff, but very pricey on products.
Vet was so gentle with my sore old dog. Very helpful with a range of options to help us, help our ol' gal through her old age.
Great service & they really show that they care for every animal, big or small.
It concerns me that the staff at both Tully and Mission Beach have not learnt what empathy means. One of their veterinarians was incapable of telling me the sex of a cat. They desexed the female cat, charged me and told me, sorry , its a male cat !!!!!!I complained and it fell on deaf ears. There was no sorry or offer of a refund.Guess it saves money to pay young staff and keep the business going, or is it businesses.My concern is for animal welfare not costs.
